The questions operators ask us most before applying.
No. Creating an account, submitting documents and publishing listings are free. EcoAfric retains a 10% service deduction on each completed booking, so we only earn when you do.
You need to provide a legal representative name, a company or trading name, and your country of operation. Which documents prove that varies by country — upload what applies to your business, and our team will tell you if anything else is needed.
Stripe Connect processes traveler payments and sends your payouts. It handles card security and identity checks so that EcoAfric never stores payment credentials. Without it, bookings cannot be paid out to you.
Payouts are released 7 days after the trip is completed, subject to any open disputes. That window protects both sides against cancellations and complaints.
Yes. There is no limit on listings. Each tour gets its own dates, pricing, itinerary, inclusions, images and sustainability details, and you can edit or pause any of them from the dashboard.
You will be told what was unclear or missing — usually an expired document, or a name that does not match the registered business. Correct it, resubmit, and your account returns to review.
Verified listings appear in EcoAfric search and destination pages, and carry the verified badge that signals your sustainability credentials to travelers browsing the marketplace.
